- **AI Feasibility Study**: £3,950 fixed · 2–3 weeks · single use-case deep dive with built-vs-buy, ROI projection, technical viability, vendor shortlist.
- **AI Implementation Sprint**: from £8,000 · 4 weeks · one named workflow live in production, built on Make.com, or bespoke code via Claude Code, depending on the right tool for the task, 30-day stabilisation included. Quick Win tier: £1,500–£3,500 · 1–3 days · single tightly-scoped automation for sub-week builds.
- **Custom Build**: AI-augmented bespoke development. Claude Code under thirty years of senior digital judgement. One senior + Claude Code produces 4–5× the output of a traditional dev resource at the same rate. Hours-based retainer from £6,000/month (40 hrs) to £12,000/month (80 hrs). Fixed-shot builds from £9,950 (Compact) or £18,950 (Standard). Scoping & Specification phase: £2,950 fixed, 1–2 weeks. Currently accepting 1–2 new retainer clients for 2026.
- **Fractional Chief AI Officer**: from £3,500/month · monthly · embedded senior AI leadership; four tiers from one day a week; cancel any time, no 12-month lock-in.
- **AI Training cohorts**: POA · half/full day · Foundations / Practical AI Workshops / AI Strategy for SME leadership teams; in-person at regional venues plus UK-wide remote.

## Our approach (4 steps · 8–12 weeks)

1. **Discovery → Audit**: 5 days. Five readiness dimensions scored (Strategy, Data, People, Process, Tools), five use cases ranked by effort/impact/risk.
2. **Strategy → Prototype**: 7 days. Clickable working prototype from £1,000. Walk-away keeps the prototype.
3. **Implementation → Sprint**: 4 weeks. Production build, weekly demo, 30-day stabilisation.
4. **Support → Steward**: Monthly. Optional ongoing leadership via Fractional CAIO. Cancel any time.

## Founder

**Gary Cheers, Founder.** UK digital strategist with 30 years working with SMEs from £1m to £100m turnover. Two decades primarily in e-commerce; the last three deep in AI as an early adopter, public speaker and hands-on practitioner. Coded his first online shop in 1995. Hosts the **AI Breakfast Club** at Theatr Clwyd in Mold (3 half-day cohorts, £200/session or £500 for all three). Speaks at conferences, business events, schools and colleges across the UK. Runs free AI training for North Wales schools and local charities. Early Make.com adopter; current with the latest frontier models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI); serious about prompting as a craft. Self-described AI-augmented human. Does not teach theory; teaches what he builds, every day, for real businesses.
