The five readiness dimensions, scored honestly.

An honest readiness score is harder than a glossy one. The Approach scores against documented standards, not vibes. Each dimension is scored 1 to 20; the report explains every point.

Dimension 01

Strategy

Is there a written AI strategy signed by the founder or MD? Is it tied to commercial outcomes? Or is "do AI" a slide in a deck no one returns to?

Dimension 02

Data

Where does the data live? Is it AI-ready or trapped in spreadsheets, PDFs, paper? Is it accurate enough to make decisions on?

Dimension 03

People

Skills, attitude, training history. Is the team AI-curious or AI-anxious? Who is the first internal champion and who is the first sceptic?

Dimension 04

Process

Documented workflows? SOPs? Repeatable enough to teach an AI agent how to do them? You cannot automate what you cannot describe.

Dimension 05

Tools

What is the team already paying for? Where are the AI-shaped gaps? Where is the duplicate tooling that AI could simplify rather than add to?

All five scores combine into a single Readiness Index out of 100.
