Tool choice and rollout
Which tools, which plans, who gets what. Accounts set up, access sorted, and the tools connected to the way the business already works.

Before you book.
How long does the whole stage take?
Usually four to eight weeks, paced around the business. Training is spread so no team loses a whole day at once, and the policy is drafted while the sessions run.
Do you write the policy or do we?
We draft it from what we learn about the business, you review it, the leadership team signs it off. It is written to be read, not filed.
Do you resell the tools?
No. You buy your own subscriptions in your own name. The recommendation is independent of any vendor.
