Stage 1 · The starting point

Leadership Discovery and Roadmap.

Two to four hours with the people who run the business. We work out where AI genuinely fits, where it does not, and what order to do things in. You receive a written proposal and roadmap for the programme, whether or not you go on with Wingenious.

Stage 1 Leadership Discovery
Who it is for
  • Owners and MDs of UK businesses, typically 10 to 100 people and £2m to £100m turnover. Smaller or larger is not a barrier if the leadership team is committed.
  • Leadership teams who have tried AI tools individually and want a shared direction.
  • Businesses that have been pitched AI and want an honest view before spending.
What you receive
  • A written roadmap for AI adoption across the business, in priority order.
  • A proposal for the programme stages that fit, with scope and timing for each.
  • A clear list of what not to do yet, and why.
  • A recorded readout you can share with anyone who missed the session.
How it works

What happens, in order.

01

Before the session

A short questionnaire and a look at how the business runs today: systems, teams, the work that eats the week. Gary prepares so the session starts on your business, not on slides.

02

The session

Two to four hours with your leadership team, at your site or remotely. Where the friction is. What AI can take on now. What needs a policy before anyone touches it. What is not worth doing at all.

03

The roadmap

Within a week you receive a written proposal and roadmap: the stages that make sense for you, in order, with what each one delivers and what it needs from your team.

What the time is worth

A team of 12, each saving 2 hours a week, at £25 an hour, recovers about £28,800 a year.

An illustration, not a promise. Your own figures come out of the session, and the roadmap is built on them.

Most roadmaps start by getting the leadership team using AI well before anyone else is asked to.

We share detailed case studies privately on a call, and where a client agrees, we can arrange a reference conversation.

Questions

Before you book.

Do we need to have used AI already?

No. Discovery is most useful before the business has committed to anything. If people are already using tools on their own, the session sorts what is working from what is quietly creating risk.

Who should be in the room?

The people who make decisions about how the business runs: the owner or MD, and whoever leads operations, sales and finance. Four to six people is typical.

Are we committed to the rest of the programme?

No. The roadmap is yours to keep and act on with whoever you choose. Each later stage is bought on its own.

Is it delivered on site or remotely?

Either. Gary delivers at your site anywhere in the UK, or remotely by video call, whichever suits the team.

Next step

Start with a conversation.

One free hour with Gary. We learn about your business and both decide whether there is a fit. If there is, Leadership Discovery is the first paid stage.

No sales deck. No obligation after the call.
