From using AI to using it well.
Your leadership team sets the tone for everyone else. This stage gets them past the basics: how to get reliable work out of Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, how to judge the output, and where AI belongs in the business and where it does not.
- Leadership teams that use AI occasionally and get mixed results.
- Directors who need to set expectations for their teams and want to do it credibly.
- Businesses coming out of Stage 1 with a roadmap that starts with people, not tools.
- Hands-on sessions with the leadership team, at your site or remotely.
- A prompt library built on your own work during the sessions.
- A one-page guide per leader: the tasks to hand to AI, the checks to keep.
- Follow-up questions answered for 30 days after the session.
What happens, in order.
Prompting craft
Working on your real documents, emails, quotes and reports. How to brief a model like you would brief a capable new hire: context, constraints, examples, and what good looks like.
Judgement
Where models are reliable, where they invent, and how to check. What is safe to paste in and what is not. How to spot a plausible wrong answer before it goes to a client.
Where AI fits
Each leader leaves with a short list of the tasks in their own week that AI should take on, and the ones it should stay well away from.
Once the leadership team is confident, the whole company can follow with a policy and the right tools in place.
Next: Stage 3: Company-wide AI Adoption →The five stages.
Each stage is bought on its own. Together they take a business from a first conversation to AI working properly in every department.

Stage 1Leadership Discovery and Roadmap
A working session with your leadership team. We map where time is lost, what AI can take on, and what that is worth.
You get A written roadmap, sequenced and costed, that the board can act on.
Stage 2Leadership AI Training
Leaders learn to use AI well before the company does: prompting craft, judgement, and where AI fits and where it does not.
You get A leadership team that can direct AI, not just approve it.
Stage 3Company-wide AI Adoption
Every team trained on the tools they will actually use, a usage policy signed off, and the right tools rolled out.
You get A whole company using AI safely, with hours back every week.
Stage 4Departmental Discovery
Two to four hours inside each department with the people who run it. We find the friction and decide how to remove it.
You get A prioritised fix list per department: training, tooling or a build.
Before you book.
Which tools does the training cover?
Whichever your business uses or is choosing between: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and automation with Make.com where it is relevant. The skills transfer between tools.
How many people can attend?
It is built for the leadership team, typically four to ten people. Larger groups are handled in Stage 3.
Can we skip Stage 1 and start here?
Yes. Every stage can be bought on its own. Discovery first makes the training more targeted, but it is not a condition.
Start with a conversation.
One free hour with Gary. We learn about your business and both decide whether there is a fit. If there is, Leadership Discovery is the first paid stage.
