These terms cover your use of wingenious.ai, operated by Wingenious Ltd (Companies House 16665789), registered in Wrexham, Wales. By using the site you accept them. Paid work for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
Who we are
Wingenious Ltd is a UK consultancy that helps businesses adopt AI through a staged programme of leadership discovery, training, policy, tooling and implementation. We are not a legal practice, accountancy practice or regulated adviser, and nothing on this site is legal, financial or regulatory advice.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read and share links to its content, and use the free tools on it for your own business. You may not copy substantial parts of the site for republication, scrape it, attempt to gain access to areas that are not public, send spam through the contact form, or use the site in any way that breaks the law or interferes with other visitors.
Content and accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but it is general information, not advice for your situation. Figures such as productivity gains, hours recovered and worked examples describe particular engagements or illustrate a method. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Check anything that matters to a decision with us directly before relying on it.
Free tools and the free call
The free call, the free AI audit at freeaudit.ai and any other free tool are provided as they are, to help you decide whether to work with us. They create no obligation on either side. Any proposal that follows is a separate offer and is binding only once both parties sign it.
Intellectual property
The text, design, images, logos and code of this site belong to Wingenious Ltd or are used under licence. Third-party product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to indicate the tools we train on and build with, not to imply endorsement. Articles may be quoted briefly with a link back to the source.
Third-party links
The site links to other websites, including our sister sites and the booking service we use. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave wingenious.ai.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Wingenious Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.
